Returns and Exchanges
We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their snack box gift. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your snack box and we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please note that the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned snack box gift, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your snack box gift for a different one, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
